Samples of customized design will charge sample fee (charge depends on your design)
Sample charge can be refunded after production order.

30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment

Q4. What is your delivery lead time?
For stock sample: sample can be sent out within 48 hours
For customized sample: normally within 30 days
